The new Repair Request Builder allows real estate agents to quickly select which recommendations to include in a custom report to send to the listing agent.
Realtors can select specific defects, add dollar amount credit amounts, requests for repair or replacement, or custom text. The generated document can be shared via email or text!
Realtors get an HTML and PDF document that includes our language and allows them to enter in a requested credit amount and custom comments.
